how do we deal with it and with each other?

Could you ever suspect that a virus with a codename Covid-19 would affect your private and business life for an uncertain period of time?

Flexibility

Covid-19 has gripped us through global governments rules. The Netherlands still seems to have the most flexible policy in relation to the countries around us.

But we are alert. What, in fact, are we alert to? Scientists now know more about combating the virus.. Vaccination will soon be possible. In the meantime, we must ensure that we do not become infected and take account of each other.

Companies are being called upon heavily to comply with ever-changing measures, which have major consequences.

Before and after Covid-19?

Is it the case that life after the epidemic looks different? How long will it be before everything is back to normal and we can pick up the thread again?

Companies that have physical contact with customers, such as shops, supermarkets, department stores, restaurants, hotels, theatres, municipalities, cinemas, petrol stations, have a difficult task to combine a hospitable customer approach with strict safety measures. Or simply because they have had to close their business from the government.

Many customers stay away. For their own safety and because they feel they cannot move freely.

Government agencies

Public institutions, such as municipalities, are bombarded with questions from all sides about various types of support packages. Online and physically on location. This has to coordinaded in a hospitable, service-oriented and professional way.

That is why it is important to integrate the strict measures and train staff so that a hospitable customer experience remains paramount.

Successful in every situation

The Mind Your Guest Model of Attention is a tailor-made tool to successfully bind customers to your company or manage customer contacts in any situation. It is not for nothing that the ‘safety’ part is guaranteed in the model.

Whatever the situation, negative or positive, customers want to feel safe. Even the thrillseeking bungee jumper, wants to make a safe dive.

Would you like to know more about a hospitable, service-oriented and qualitative customer approach in corona time for your organisation? We are happy to catch up with you, online, by phone or in person.
